We constantly train our staff and ensure that the skills match the job they are doing. From the Site Managers having SMSTS level qualiﬁcation, to the Senior Team having IOSH and NeBOSH accreditations.
Our people are the blood line of the organisation so ensuring they have the strengths to deliver means that our business can continually grow and be sustainable.
All our fixers and apprentices undergo continual training and development programmes including asbestos awareness, manual handling, first aid, working at heights, PASMA, IPAF and key skills in power tools and joinery craftsmanship.

We follow ISO standards and have gained FSC/PEFC recognition. We have added to our processes, project close out and handover systems to compliment our on site operational works. This ensures the client and end users achieve a soft landing.
We are diligent right the way across the projects lifespan and ensure that we communicate at every level to ensure we achieve customer satisfaction.
