THE STORY SO FAR…
2020 – Pandemic Entry
- Lamara begins her journey with CFS during the pandemic in 2020.
- She starts as a History graduate with no prior experience in the construction industry or health & safety.
2022 – Achievements and Recognition
- Lamara achieves a Distinction Grade in a Level 3 Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Technician apprenticeship.
- Recognised as a Finalist (highly commended) in SHP’s Rising Star Awards.
- Takes on the role of H&S Advisor within the CFS HSEQ Team.
- Works from the London office, providing support to project managers, directors, site management teams, and apprentices.
- Embarks on a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice.
2023 – Current Status
- Lamara achieves Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice.
- Upgrades IOSH membership status from Tech to Cert IOSH Status.
- Continuing personal & professional development, whilst working with the CFS HSEQ Team, supporting Senior Management and Site Management Teams throughout all UK projects.
