We are thrilled to share an inspiring success story that has unfolded within the heart of our company. In September 2021, a bright-eyed 17-year-old school leaver named Daniel Brown embarked on his journey with us, entering the construction industry with no prior experience.
Daniel’s initiation into the world of construction began with a stint as a labourer, where he demonstrated unwavering enthusiasm and a hunger to learn. Recognising his potential, he enrolled on to a formal apprenticeship in January 2022.
Recently, Daniel achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his Level 2 NVQ in Site Carpentry. In addition to this achievement, Daniel has applied for his CSCS Skilled Workers (Blue) card. This credential is a testament to his expertise and adherence to industry standards.
However, Daniel’s journey doesn’t stop here, He will be continuing his career with CFS,
