We’re pleased to announce that Elliot Little has been recognised as our Apprentice of the Month for May 2024.
Elliot started his journey with CFS as a school leaver with no prior construction site experience. Since then, he has demonstrated remarkable dedication, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn. Through his hard work and commitment, Elliot has shown tremendous growth and promise within our team.
One of Elliot’s standout qualities is his ability to grasp new concepts quickly. He consistently seeks out opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge, contributing positively to our projects. Furthermore, Elliot’s clear communication about the skills he has learned, documented through our weekly Activity Record, has been invaluable in tracking his progress.
Elliot’s achievements serve as an inspiration to us all and highlight the importance of dedication and continuous learning in our industry.
