We are thrilled to announce that Jake has been named our July Apprentice of the Month! This recognition comes as no surprise, given his remarkable achievements and unwavering dedication.
Jake started with CFS in 2021 as a labourer before joining our apprenticeship team in September 2021 and beginning his Site Carpentry Level 2 NVQ, which he completed with flying colours in June 2023. He transitioned into a Trainee Foreman role, supporting our site management with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
Now, Jake is pursuing his NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision, preparing for future challenges. His progression from labourer to apprentice to Level 4 student, while contributing to our projects, demonstrates his dedication and growth.
Please join us in congratulating Jake. His achievements inspire us all, reminding us of the rewards from dedication and perseverance.
We're really proud of Jake and can't wait to see what he achieves next.
