We are thrilled to announce that Oscar Corbett has been named our Apprentice of the Month for August 2025. Oscar joined us as a 16-year-old school leaver and has consistently shown determination, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to learning. Over the past months, he has made significant progress in multiple areas, including punctuality, communication with senior management, and the accurate submission of activity records.
In addition to these professional skills, Oscar has also demonstrated considerable improvement in his practical hand skills, showing growing confidence and competence in on-site tasks. This combination of technical ability and professionalism makes him a standout member of the team.
In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Oscar was presented with a certificate of achievement by Trainee Site Supervisor Jake McCarthy, along with a company medal and a £100 bonus. These accolades reflect not only his personal development but also the positive contribution he brings to our workplace culture and team performance.
