Since earning his Level 2 qualification, he has continued to work closely with our experienced carpenters, learning from them while contributing significantly to our projects. His commitment to his craft and to the success of our company is evident in everything he does.
Marsel doesn’t just meet expectations—he exceeds them. He’s often the first to step up when extra hands are needed, whether it’s putting in extra hours during the week or giving up his weekends to ensure our projects are completed on time. His willingness to go above and beyond is truly commendable and sets a great example for his peers.
