We are proud to announce Patrik Marinov as our Apprentice of the Month for March 2026.
Since joining us in September 2025, Patrik has made a strong and positive impression across the business. He has approached his apprenticeship with enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn, helping him settle into the team quickly and make a valuable contribution to the projects he has worked on.
The feedback from site managers and supervisors has been very positive. Patrik has shown dedication, reliability, and a readiness to get involved wherever needed. His attitude towards work and learning has stood out, and he is already building strong foundations for a successful future in the industry.
Alongside his work on site, Patrik has embraced opportunities to broaden his experience and play a full part in the wider team. He has taken part in team-building activities and, during National Apprenticeship Week 2026, spent a week at the TMJ Workshop as part of Apprentice Experience Week, gaining valuable insight into another area of the business.
This recognition is thoroughly deserved and reflects both the progress Patrik has made and the positive impact he has had since joining the company.
