Monday, February 5th, 2024, marks a significant milestone for us at Complete Fixing Solutions! It’s been an incredible four-year journey watching Tommy Carter grow from a 16-year-old school leaver with minimal experience into the skilled apprentice he is today.
In honor of National Apprenticeship Week, we’re thrilled to share Tommy’s inspiring interview with CITB, where he reflects on his journey and the invaluable experiences gained along the way. From starting as a Level 2 Carpentry NVQ apprentice to currently tackling a Level 4 Construction Site Supervision course, Tommy’s dedication and determination shine through every step of his apprenticeship.
Working alongside our exceptional site manager, Vangel Angov, as a fitter, Tommy is continuously honing his craft while contributing meaningfully to our projects. His passion for learning and his commitment to excellence make us incredibly proud to have him as part of the CFS family.
Join us in celebrating Tommy’s achievements and the bright future ahead!
