We’re thrilled to announce that Complete Fixing Solutions has been recognised as one of the top apprenticeship employers in the country, ranking 23rd in the National Apprenticeships Awards Top 50 SME Employers 2024. This honor highlights our commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering an inclusive workplace.
This achievement is especially meaningful as it marks an improvement from last year’s Highly Commended award. Our dedication to creating valuable opportunities for apprentices has fueled our success and growth.
Since launching in 2019, our apprenticeship program has weathered challenges, including the pandemic, while maintaining a strong retention rate. We now have 14 apprentices, many advancing to higher qualifications or transitioning into full-time roles. We aim to grow this program each year to build a skilled future workforce.
Diversity and inclusion are central to our mission. Winning the Multicultural Apprenticeship Award in 2022, and being named finalists again for 2024, underscores our commitment to a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Honoured at the House of Commons
We are proud to share that Complete Fixing Solutions was recently honoured at a lunch reception at the House of Commons, hosted by Baroness Smith, Minister for Skills, Apprenticeships & Higher Education.
This event celebrated the country’s top apprenticeship employers, recognising our achievement as 23rd in the National Apprenticeships Awards Top 50 SME Employers 2024. It provided a valuable chance to connect with other top employers and members of the Apprenticeships Directorate at the Department for Education.
