At Complete Fixing Solutions (CFS), we take pride in celebrating the achievements of our team — especially those who are building their careers from the ground up through our apprenticeship programme. This month, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Harvey Carter, who has been recognised as our Apprentice of the Month for October 2025!
Harvey joined CFS in 2023 as an apprentice carpenter and has quickly impressed colleagues and site managers alike with his dedication, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Since starting his journey, Harvey has made outstanding progress both in his technical skills and his understanding of life on site.
He has now received his End Point Assessment (EPA) dates and is on track to achieve his Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry by the end of the year — an exciting milestone that reflects his hard work and commitment to excellence.
And while his sharp suit and confident stance in the photo might make you think he’s auditioning for the next James Bond, rest assured it’s from a recent awards ceremony — hence the “CFS 007 look.” Harvey may not have a licence to thrill, but he certainly has the tools and talent to succeed in his trade.
Everyone at CFS is incredibly proud of Harvey’s journey so far. His enthusiasm, reliability, and growing skill set make him a valued member of our team and a brilliant example of what can be achieved through our apprenticeship programme.
