We’re so proud to share that our apprenticeship team had an amazing night at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2024 last Friday! We were named as finalists in three categories: Construction Services Apprenticeship Employer of the Year, SME Employer of the Year, and a special shoutout to our own Shevon Welch, who was a finalist for Apprentice of the Year. Although we didn’t come away with a trophy this time, just being recognised as finalists is a huge honor—and the team looked fantastic all dressed up for the occasion!
This recognition feels especially meaningful for us because it builds on our past success. Back in 2022, we won SME Employer of the Year, and Shevon was awarded Highly Commended Intermediate Apprentice of the Year. Being named as finalists again this year shows our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive, learn, and grow. #mcappawards
