We’re thrilled to announce that Jake Dando has been recognised as the Apprentice of the Month – November 2025!
Jake joined our team in September 2025, and in just over two months, he has already shown remarkable potential, dedication, and a fantastic attitude. Despite being new to the role, he has quickly adapted to site life, taking on tasks with enthusiasm and a keen desire to learn.
Site management have been particularly impressed with Jake’s work ethic, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile. His positive attitude not only helps him develop his own skills but also sets a great example for his peers.
This recognition is a celebration of Jake’s early achievements and reflects our commitment to supporting young talent. Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, guidance, and mentoring so that apprentices like Jake can build a strong foundation for a successful career in carpentry and construction.
