At Complete Fixing Solutions, we are committed to nurturing talent through our apprenticeship programs, which provide young individuals with the skills needed for a successful career in the fixing industry. Join us in celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2025!
During National Apprenticeship Week (10th-14th February), four of our apprentices—Jake McCarthy, Oscar Corbett, Ethyn Pilgrim, and Harvey Carter—were hosted by our sister company, TMJ, for a week of hands-on learning. They had the opportunity to explore TMJ’s factory and engage in practical exercises across departments such as Veneer, Finishing, and Joinery.This experience allowed them to develop valuable skills while connecting with TMJ apprentices, promoting mutual learning and growth. We look forward to expanding this partnership, offering more apprentices this unique experience, and hosting the TMJ apprentice team on our London work sites for practical onsite training.
